Aims and objectives of the Trust would be-

  1. To cultivate and foster friendly and cordial relations between the past studentds and the past and present employ of the Yashwantrao Chanan Institute of Science ,  Satara.

  2. To hold meetings, social gatherings, conventions, seminar of the past and present students and teachers.

  3. To enroll ordinary member and life-members of the Association.

  4. To canvas for and obtain donations, gifts of money, books, periodicals, property and expend the money in futherance of the aims and objects of the Association.

  5. To do such other things as may be decided by the General Body or Executive Committee from time of time in futherance of the aims and objects of the Association.
